Our premium textured tresses are 100% human hair. With the proper care, your Au Naturale Tresses can last 12+ months. Although the hair can be dyed, bleached and styled using heat, this may alter the textured pattern and shorten the lifespan. We advise seeking a professional for all color and bleach applications for the best results. If heat must be used, it is advised to keep it at 350 degrees or less.

The standard color of our tresses is 1b, which is a natural black color.

CLIP-INS:

Au Naturale Clip-ins are 100% human hair and are available in lengths 14"-20". For a natural look, only ONE set is needed.

Each clip-in set comes with 9 pieces:

1-5 clip weft

2-4 clip wefts

2- 3 clip wefts

4- 2 clip wefts

WEFTED TRESSES:

Au Naturale Tresses come in 4oz bundles. They are double drawn and full from weft to end. 

For lengths 14"-18," we reccomend 2 bundles for a full head

For lengths 20"-22" 3 to 4 bundles are recommended depending on the look desired

For lengths 24" and up, 4 or more bundles are recommended

WIGS:

We take the guess work and headache out of wearing wigs. Our custom wigs will ALWAYS arrive to you "Ready To Wear". We stand on delivering protective styles that are easy to install, as well as take down.

Our custom wigs are machine made and 100% glue-less. Because we only make closure, seamless and u-part wigs; they are also 100% beginner friendly.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING POLICY

Au Naturale Tresses ships all orders using United States Postal Service (USPS).

A signature is required for ALL orders

Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled for any reason.

All orders require a 24-hour payment processing period. Payment Processing periods are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm est. This does not include the 14-28 business day period it takes for wig orders to process and ship. 

ALL WIGS AND HAIR ORDERS NOW CAN TAKE 14-28 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS & SHIP DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES. 

***Please note, during a sale, all wig and hair orders have a turnaround time of 21-28 business days to create and ship

Most orders do not take this long, but because our textures are custom made, please keep this in mind when placing an order with us. 

Business days are Monday-Friday.

Please allow USPS 5-10 business days after your order has shipped to receive your packages

Please assure that your desired destination address is correct before submitting any order.

Once packages are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email to the address provided with your purchase.

Au Naturale Tresses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for.

If tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered, and you have not received it, please resolve this issue with United States Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

Au Naturale Tresses does not cancel any orders once they’ve been placed.

Due to health regulations, Au Naturale Tresses does not accept any hair packages back after they’ve left our premises. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges are only approved if there was a mistake on behalf of Au Naturale Tresses, AND the package is still in its original state.

If any package has been altered in any way, this exchange is null and void.

Currently, Au Naturale Tresses operates on a pre-order system. This means that once your order is placed it can take up to 21 business days to receive it. Therefore, planning to order ahead of time is strongly advised.
