SHIPPING AND PROCESSING POLICY

Au Naturale Tresses ships all orders using United States Postal Service (USPS).

A signature is required for ALL orders

Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled for any reason.

All orders require a 24-hour payment processing period. Payment Processing periods are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm est. This does not include the 14-28 business day period it takes for wig orders to process and ship. 

ALL WIGS AND HAIR ORDERS NOW CAN TAKE 14-28 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS & SHIP DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES. 

***Please note, during a sale, all wig and hair orders have a turnaround time of 21-28 business days to create and ship

Most orders do not take this long, but please do not ask for status updates if the 21 (28th if during a sale) business day hasn’t passed. It is important to keep this in mind and order accordingly. 

Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days. 

Please allow USPS 5-10 business days after processing to receive your packages due to COVID-19 and shipping delays. 

Please assure that your desired destination address is correct before submitting any order.

Once packages are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email to the address provided with your purchase.

Au Naturale Tresses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for.

If tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered, and you have not received it, please resolve this issue with United States Postal Service.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time

 

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

Au Naturale Tresses does not cancel any orders once they’ve been placed.

Due to health regulations, Au Naturale Tresses does not accept any hair packages back after they’ve left our premises. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges are only approved if there was a mistake on behalf of Au Naturale Tresses, AND the package is still in its original state.

If any package has been altered in any way, this exchange is null and void.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES (unless authorized) ARE ALLOWED FOR ANY PRODUCT LISTED ON Au Naturale Tresses
