SHIPPING AND PROCESSING POLICY

Au Naturale Tresses ships all orders using United States Postal Service (USPS).

A signature is required for ALL orders

Insurance is included for all orders in case there is an issue during transit. 

Please allow USPS  3-5 days after your order has shipped to receive your packages

Please assure that your desired destination address is correct before submitting any order.

Once packages are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email to the address provided with your purchase.

Please allow 2-4 weeks to process custom wigs, hair extensions, closures, tape-ins and clip in orders. 

***Please note, during a sale, Brown Friday, and other major sales, all wig and hair orders have a turnaround time of 4-6weeks. 


ORDER REQUIREMENTS 

For all orders, the shipping and billing address must match. Orders over $700 are subject to verification for security purposes. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time

 

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

Due to health regulations, Au Naturale Tresses does not accept any hair packages back after they’ve left our premises.

If there is an issue with your order, please email customer support @ aunaturaletresses@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.

At this time, we do not offer refunds, however, we are happy to offer exchanges under specific conditions.  

Eligibility for Exchange Conditions: 

  • Wrong head size 
  • Incorrect color 
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received
  • Other conditions will be considered at the discretion of the business*

Ineligible for Exchange Conditions: 

  • The lace has been cut 
  • The hair has been dyed or altered in any way 
  • Caps have been cut or altered in any way 
  • Original packaging is missing
